Hi,
I found that ahrefs already indexed my backlink,
but when i go to google.com search the backlink url site:xxxxxx
It doesn't show up on the SERP. Why?

ahrefs does not check whether your link is indexed or not.

Ahrefs has nothing to do with Google Search. It's like running a tool on your PC. Has no impact on Google. It's just a reporting external tool

At first, I thought that ahrefs had already indexed the backlink, which meant that google had definitely indexed it.

Isn't ahrefs reporting because it knows that google has already indexed it?

I thought the ahrefs index backlink was pretty accurate

Ahrefs does not index any links.
As all other 3rd party SEO tools.

Links can be indexed on search engines like Google, Bing, etc.

And you should check on these search engines for index.

Ahref is just a tool, not a search engine.

If Ahrefs has found the link it is likely that Google has also found it. Just because Google has found a link it does not mean that it will index it or show it in the SERPS or GSC.

Remember that Ahrefs is not Google and they have a separate crawler + they do not care if a page is indexed, they only report on links from pages they crawl, regardless of if they are indexed or not.

Ahrefs are totally different from the Google search engine.

Sharing the link with the Google products may have high possibilities to index in Google.

Ahrefs doesn’t grab its data from Google. You can think of ahrefs as a search engine in its own right- it has its own Independant index of websites and pages, just like Google does- but just because ahrefs found and “indexed” or catalogued a page, it doesn’t mean Google will do the same, and vice versa.

Ahrefs is a different search engine than Google.

If Google crawled your webpage and doesn't index it, go to Google Webmaster Tools and check if your page is "crawled but not indexed".
If so, request indexing.

Pretty sure visual google indexing doesn't matter anymore. None of my back links are indexed on google and I still am ranking up aggressively. I have seen it rank up faster when I manually index my links compared of having it done naturally but they still don't show on google. I wouldn't worry about links not showing up on google. Most backlinks will still effect your ranks regardless.

Ahrefs and google have different databases. Ahrefs crawled your pages and added them to its dB. When google crawls your site it’ll add those pages to its database. Maybe it already has but it’s not ready to show them on the serps. They’re two different companies and they treat the data separately

Ahrefs just crawled your website and caught the backlinks from there. It doesn't mean that the links were indexed.

As said above, Ahrefs is just a tool.. It wouldn't show you the links are indexed

Ahrefs only shows the links that had been placed but not gets indexed mate !
