ahrefs.com or SEOSPY GLASS ???

I am thinking to get of these tools and would like the members there to shed some light on this ( if you are using any of these tools ).

ahrefs.com is a monthly package while SEO SPY GLASS is a life time license and i have seems more ahrefs.com users here. I too use the free version of both of them which is quite limited but yet informative.

Well i went through Matthew woodward experiment and review on these tools and for a while i decided that i should start with ahrefs.com but it was the price that was pulling me back.

But then i came upon this comparision by the SEO SPY GLASS team. So, i think i will go with SEO SPYGLASS.

Anyone using a license from SEO SPY GLASS ?

Need some suggestion here

I have used SpyGlass for a while and it's not bad, however I prefer Ahrefs.
 
You're relying on link assistant to give an honest comparison when involving their own product? They pay you? Why the capslock?

link assistant products are good, but bloated and slow. They could do much better.

ahrefs has been the peformer for a while now. I don't know why a competitor to them hasn't popped up and reduced the price, though.

It gives me almost all the info I need and I can process it quite fast. First thing I check Ahrefs, then if more investigation needed Opensiteexplorer and other tools.
 
Because they have the reasons listed there why they have less links reports in comparison to the other tools. The capslock is there because there is capslock in the keyboard. And about getting paid by link assistant ... do you think i would be here asking people about their thoughts and experience based on using these tools. I am not claiming any tool to be the better one. I am looking for people suggestions who used those tools. since you are talking about ahrefs.com .. did they pay you for that ?

Hey man go for ahref its best tool for competitor backlinks analysis.
 
With so many options I am shocked that the prices of these services haven't come down. They all seem to be around the exact same price and nobody has bothered to undercut, which is missing a HUGE opportunity to steal market share.

Usually when making comparisons, one looks for third party reviews and at least try to seem unbiased.

The post looks like keyword stuffing; read your post from a third party's eyes.

I have a cruise control button too, and wouldn't use it when trying to solicit reviews.

If you were paid by link assistant, yes I would think you'd be doing public relations here asking people about their thoughts and experiences based on using those tools. I'd especially think you were paid by them if you went out of your way to explain how you can't possibly be paid by them without actually denying it. Lawyer speech, and I have to deal with that every day, so please say what you mean or else people can think anything.

I wish ahrefs paid me, I'd promote them forever, until some real competition came along at half their price. Too expensive, but I love them.

I even gave a little review and comparison of both of them that was 2/3 of my post. Why so defensive and deflective? If you don't work with or for them, you can say it. People will believe you(because if that's not true, then the FTC can get involved), you'll seem genuinely interested, and clear up any potential misconceptions.

Don't know why this struck a chord, apart from what I kind of suspected jokingly which you're kind of confirming.

Regardless, link assistant has lost relevancy unless they can improve their software and reduce their price. And ahrefs needs real competition badly.

Undercutting the market only means they would start a bidding war.

They make much more money by fixing their prices.

Economics 101.
 
Ahrefs. Links Assistant is so slow !
I use them only if i am out of budget.
They took forever to load sometime and it's often crash on me.

Ahrefs, is a web tools, you get to view any where and any time.
As long as you have an internet connect.

What is there to decide? The clear winner is there.

I would definitely go with ahrefs.
I own spyglass and also have used ahrefs for a long time and ahref wins hands down when it comes to accuracy and speed.

And you think i am asking people to vote for seo spy glass here ?? Well yeah the post does look keywords stuffed not keyword stuffed. And i came here to know people experiences. that's it !

Only you think i am paid by them while other members are giving their opinions. Because when people have nothing to share there is a culture in BHW to point other people for "self promoition" and "are you paid" is one of the best lines used. Well if i were paid by seo spy glass i would have been using that tool instead of asking people here. I got better things to do mate.

yeah you gave the review but may be you should check the first line of your post.

And as for me, i love to do deep research and have gone through both of the links i have mentioned. Then i came here. May be you didn't read the seo spy glass link.

No hard feelings i just came here to know people reviews.

Well thanks for you effort. Well spy glass has one good feature they claim. only seo spy glass shows whether a link is alive.
