Indeed, even older website can be useful, not only PBNs but for other purposes too. the thing that I find really important is that the domain should have the appropriate history nd backlinks.

Not just for PBNs. A good aged domain can also be rebuilt into a real niche site, lead-gen/affiliate project, or relevant site migration, but check its history, backlinks, and spam/manual-action status first
True. An aged domain will be worth something to a legitimate endeavor in case the history, links, and niche are relevant. PBNs only represent a use case and not the only purpose of aged domains.

No. Older domains can earn money with affiliate pages, banner ads, lead capture, small topic sites, or reselling. A PBN is only one option, not the only way, and in most cases a real niche site holds up better over time.

An aged domain is not only useful for pbn's, if it has a clean history, relevant backlinks & no penalties, you can rebuild it as a niche site, redirect it strategically or develop it into a monetized website, alwasy check its history & backlink profile before buying

There are many ways to use expired domains. Lots still use them all of the time. With AI it is really easy to make websites that look unique and these can be monetised as well as being used as a PBN site.

Yes it's good for a PBN. But you can also use it as an affiliate website as well.
