If you are at least 5 years into SEO, here are my insight, any niche, is okay, we know that you will make this expensive PBNs into a one landing page, with different keywords, churn and burn site, where at least it will still be up for 7 - 10 days, before "nawala" took down the said pbn, am i right?

Buy any PBN domain with strong RD as said above, 300 minimum, strong DA, and Aged domain = active domain, with active traffic
But, Since the update from the gov policy, it is not recommended, to do this things now, until political issue in that country is resolved, because you will spend that 3000kUSD, change the niche, wait for it to rank, it will take you at least 1 week, but, are you that lucky to bypass the gov policy before nawala hit you. hence everyone is not doing it right now, it is better to wait until march 2024, if you know what i mean.
