Again with Stripe...............

So Stripe refunded 6K back to customers who already spent their money, and closed the account for high suspicious activity.... Which means I am 6K down the drain. The account was running for a good 3 months. Then boom.. Isn't this illegal to destroy someone's legitimate business and refund clients who's money were already spent?

I had NO disputes.. Accepting only 3DS payments.. And implemented strict rules to be on the safe side. What else should i do?

This is the Second time with Stripe. And i reached to a point that there's no way for me to get a Credit Card processor that would not act like Shitty Stripe. Anyone suggests anything?! Most of my clients are demanding CC only. When there's 6 other payment methods available to them.

Any other Payment processors that would do the work?

P.S: This is not a high risk business nor SMM Panel business.

$6k payments from one single transaction is damn high, and you’re accepting credit card payments for this shit, of course trouble will come…

If you have large payments. You should be getting ACH bank transfers.

Have you thought about selling it on 3rd party sites or marketplaces? You can be creative with this.

Like sell coupon codes on 3rd party marketplaces > User purchases these codes > Uses the code on your site to complete the purchase.

Just think about what suits your flow of work.

No payment processor will accept payments for services that go against big tech companies TOS.

Stripe is strictly against anything digital, unless you own a SaaS, you're better with 2CO even with the higher fees.

If it’s more than one single transaction then it is much worse, it means he’s got mass refunded which is a sign of a bad product / scam.

Have a look at Squareup if 2CO is not for you. The fees for USA are not abusive but I do not know other countries.

I have accounts at Stripe, Square and 2CO and I've had no issues but 2CO is a bit more expensive but also a bit more flexible.

Surely this is the solution to go to since your subscribers are dying to be recurrently charged by your platform, any loyal customers would certainly understand, just ban the people who got refunded by Stripe and ask them to settle their minus balance
