Hi, first time I have like this problem, today I wanted to update my old app with new apk file and I get this error.

I understand what this is,my google play apk key is different than new one. The thing is that I`m working in this business not first years, all my keys have few copies and stored safe, with key I have txt file to remember all details. Even my alias have same name like my app, so I know that my key is 100% good.

After that If I had wrong key I could not build signed apk file and I used alias which is same like my app name. Any suggestions?

Do you use some of mobile-builders for that app or its your all-code-made app ?

Even if you create a new key with same info that's a different key. Find the .jks file you used to sign it, or get in contact with them to recover it.

You can contact Google about this issue.
I remember a friend of mine lost his keys and got this sorted out.

If it is the correct key or not just contact them and explain the situation.
Just be professional when you contact them.

Even the details are same between old and new, but it is different file because timestamp maybe.

You can contact google to solve your problem and then let you use the new one.
