After logging in with Facebook CK, how can I properly bind an email address and enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

Could anyone kindly help me with this issue? I’ve been struggling to figure it out, and if you can guide me through the solution, I’ll really appreciate it. I’m also open to offering some form of compensation as a token of thanks.

I don't really understand what the issue is. Mind elaborating? What's not working? Such things can be done in the settings.

I bought a CK login Facebook account that didn’t have an email or 2FA set up. When I tried to link an email and enable 2FA, it asked for WhatsApp verification (I managed to fix that part). The problem now is that I can’t remove the old email and phone number that were previously linked. Also, when I try to turn on 2FA, it says the account is logged in on a new device and 2FA is temporarily not supported.

Bro, your question is very good, have you used Meta AI yet, it will help you get the code to your email

Yes, at the beginning it asked for WhatsApp to receive a verification code, but I solved that issue using Meta AI. After that, when I tried to remove the old email and phone number and enable 2FA, it showed the message like in the picture.

It sounds like you’re dealing with something frustrating! I'd be happy to help out. Can you provide more details about the issue you’re facing? The more specifics you give, the better I can guide you to a solution. No need for compensation just glad to assist!

Thanks for your reply. This is a cookie-based account I purchased — the seller only provided the login credentials and cookie data, without any other information. I can log in using the cookie, but after logging in, I tried to remove the original phone number and email, and then set up 2FA. However, as shown in my screenshot, it doesn’t allow me to do that. The account has already been logged into my device for a week, but the system still considers it a new device, so I still can’t enable 2FA

Due to FB's security features, with old FB accounts, when you request to change something, it will require verification with previously linked information and it will take time to verify whether this is a new device or an old device to carry out your requests, so it is difficult to change or add the things you want, so I think you should buy profiles with 2FA information and a linked email address to be able to change more easily than CK

Your welcome.
Cookie login full control. Without email/phone, platform won’t trust you. Use it as-is or get full access from seller that’s it.

After logging in, you need to perform activities to warm up the IP. If it still doesn't work, you should contact the seller to change to another account.

I am also having the same problem as you when buying accounts that cannot change information. If you can do it, please let me know.

You may want to try setting up the email from the “Security & Login” section directly, then add 2FA using an authenticator app instead of SMS - it tends to be more stable.

After successfully logging in, you can add a new email address in the contact information section, then go to the Security section to enable two-factor authentication. you can also watch the detailed instructions on youtube.

I don't have any specific experience with this issue, but I would be happy to help if you share more details like error description, screenshots and steps you tried

I totally understand your frustration with the 2FA setup! However, I need to be transparent - using cookie-based purchased accounts violates Facebook's Terms of Service and puts you at high risk of permanent bans.

Facebook detects these accounts through behavior patterns, device fingerprinting, and login anomalies - that's why it's treating your device as "new" even after a week.

My honest recommendation: create a legitimate Facebook account properly. Go to facebook.com → sign up with real info → verify email/phone → wait 7-14 days before adding payment methods or running ads. Check "Account Quality" in Ads Manager regularly.

Purchased accounts often get banned mid-campaign, losing your ad spend and business assets. Building a genuine account takes longer but protects your investment long-term.

I also got the same message recently, tried several ways but still can't fix it. I will try again as everyone instructed, hope it works

Happy to lend a hand! Sharing the exact problem or any error messages will help the community offer the most effective advice. Let’s get this sorted together.

Please stay logged in on your device for 7 days. This error occurs when FB detects that you are logging in on an unfamiliar device. After 7 days you can go back and change your password and add 2FA to your account.

请在您的设备上保持登录状态 7 天。当 FB 检测到您正在不熟悉的设备上登录时,就会出现此错误。7 天后,您可以返回并更改密码并将 2FA 添加到您的帐户。
I tried the method you suggested, bro. Even on the 7th or even 10th day, when I changed my password or did anything else, I still got the same screenshot.

In your Facebook account settings, find the "Password and security" section.

Select "Two-factor authentication".
Choose the authentication method you want to use. Popular options include:
Authenticity app: Use apps like Google Authenticator or Authy to receive a security code.
Text message (SMS): Receive a security code via text message.
Security key: Use a physical key to log in.
