After Google play Console banned Then what Next ?

Last year google play console banned me for the multiple accounts policy.

But now i want to create another account. I want to use my brother id card to verified and i have change the browser. Am planning to use firefox.

What is your recommendation about that ?

If one play console banned, Then you can't use your ids anymore to create another account. Yes, that is good idea to use your brother id card to verified play console.
But Don't forget these facts:

1. Use New Unique IP
2. Anti Detect Browser
3. New Gmail created with new sim
4. New Visa/Mastercard
5. News Apps/Games

Now you are good for new accounts.
