After Google play Console banned Then what Next ?

Last year google play console banned me for the multiple accounts policy.

But now i want to create another account. I want to use my brother id card to verified and i have change the browser. Am planning to use firefox.

What is your recommendation about that ?

3. New Gmail created with new sim
