After 6 months sober from drugs, I started again.

It’s a hard thing losing to your own determination to quit.

What’s your diet like? Do you sleep enough?

It is needed strong mind and care from ur love one . Stay strong man !!! . Don’t give up. Think about bright future if u can quit it completely

diet 10/10 , sleep disorder caused the drug problem in first place.
I have a bad sleep disorder that caused undesirable behavior and results in my life. I had to take a drug called seroquel for years to be able to go to sleep and sleep all night. It’s a pretty hardcore drug but it worked better than any of the “sleep” drugs I tried first.

Now I can go to sleep without it. After several years of getting good sleep.

Something to think about

I will do my best in 2026.
Relapses are common and part of the recovery process.

I have relapsed multiple times myself before cleaning up. Am now for clean for close to 11 years.

Are you doing any self help groups? Like NA or AA. You should head to a meeting near you. It helps.

Also go easy on yourself. One day at a time.

Feel free to reach out to me on my DM if you have any questions.

Good luck
Mojo

Good to hear that . One example of how a strong mind a man can get

6 months sober is something a lot of people never achieve. The fact that you’re still here, talking about it, already shows strength.

Even 2026 wont get you a thing

Humans are tripartite in nature
And certain things cannot be dealt with from the soulish realm

The first point is to get convicted that what you are doing is bad
Ans it's bad because of what it does to the third man...which is your body
Meditate until that conviction reaches your spirits and soul and flee with your body when ever you are close to doing it

That is all you can do.

Lots of people fall and remain in that situation.

You fell and got up again.

That shows character.

Pure effort needs a strategy, what is the single biggest, most aggressive goal you are setting for the start of the year 2026? Tell us the niche or income target you're aiming for so I can help you crush it.

I'm just like you! I’ve been smoking cigarettes for about 10 years, and I quit 7 months ago. I’ve been avoiding people who might ask me to smoke, because I know I wouldn’t say no, and staying away from places that trigger the temptation. I’m hoping I can stick with this for life, and I hope you’ll also give it your best in 2026.

Go long enough without a cigarette and there’s no way you won’t say no. They smell and taste horrible. I know because I smoked for nearly 15 years. I haven’t smoked cigarettes since 2015. I can’t even stand to be around them or people that smell like them.

No offense

Your post shows real determination. This will inspire others to overcome any addiction. Good luck in 2026!

May I ask whether you have ever checked if you might need a CPAP for overnight sleeping? Also, recovery is a day-by-day process, and you have to realize the value of a better life. You made the first step by asking for help, so I have a good feeling things are going to go well for you. We all have your back.

Damn 6 months is actually good though. Don't give up, just keep trying again and again.
