How such a tool works is not something that can be explained with a simple forum post. The explanation would be very technical. So unless you have programming skills or a lot of money to hire developers, it will be smarter to continue using tools like Affilitest or Cloakbuster.

Hi guys, it is a simple vpn checker that run locally the tags using a vpn/proxy
i think they are doing cashing on the ad tags so i won't say "perfectly" is the best word to describe them.

I used them in the past also, but i moved to a better tool called camelog.com
