affilicert -- is it worth it?

Hi Guys,

is affilicert dot com worth it? they claim that if they will get your approved for most affiliates at once?

I dont know i could not find any info on this so i thought i'd ask. i hope i am not out of place because its surprising not to find anything here on affilicert.
