Affiliates

I've been running a SaaS and have recently implemented an affiliate system. I'm seeking insights from people who manage platforms (like SaaS, SEO, agencies, etc.) and engage with affiliates.
How do you successfully identify and recruit high-quality affiliates for your platform?

If you have clients on your SAAS, let them know that you have affiliate program, refer-a-friend type of deal with double reward (both to get something - for example your client 10% and new user 10% off the price for the first month, or year). Make already shareable referral links for them (simplify it for them), and send email with their ref. link to each of your customers, so they can share it to social media, over emails, etc.
