Affiliate Programs That Allow Form Post

I am looking for affiliate programs that allow form posts hosted on your server. For instance I have one form with check boxes for multiple free offers, and email submits and my coder can post the forms locally from our box.

Anyone know of any networks allowing this type of program?
Or Co-Reg program?
