Well i dont know why you said affiliate networks dont accept this as majority of them allow this ,of course if you dont lie ,trick and scam people
I think maybe you try to use cpa networks and you make a confusion with aff networks
For example clickbank ,jvzoo digistore doesnt have any problem with this method

MOST if not all do allow it, just no reason to state your exact method to them either way.
Makes no sense for you to reveal what works for them as they have internal media buyers, and will 100% copy your stuff in-house unless the offer itself is very sensitive, which can still benefit either.
