Affiliate Network Asks Invoice

I have $240 pending balance in 1 affiliate network.
They sent me an email 1 week ago that I need to send invoice of the confirmed amount with signature or stamp.In picture or pdf format,with my bank account details...
I updated my payment details to paypal and asked a paypal payment.
But they not respond...They will pay me or this is just waste of time...?
I don't even know how to make this invoice...

they asked for invoice? Never heard any aff network asking for invoice before.

It´s just an invoice so i dont see any problem in that. Most probably u need to send them new invoice when u changed payment method. Some pay-per-call networks also require invoice before they pay so no problem there.

I used to get that when working with direct advertisers. Just lookup invoice generator, add your details aand theirs. Then on items add for example : 50 Leads - Offer xxxx and the amount.
