Affiliate marketing - big boys

Hi,
I have a client, who is huge. They get 1m uniques (genuine) per day.

They also have an uber amount of people profiles ranging into the 10s of millions.

I've got a great relationship with them and many other big companies.

I'm looking at ways to give them a couple of friendly pointers on how they can maximise on any affiliate partnerships.

I'd love to open this up to the floor for peoples' ideas on what they would do with such an authority site.
