What are you asking exactly? You're assuming that your Aff links and banners are bad for SEO? Are you talking about masking them for seo or something?

Well in this case, I'd like to know the same thing. I assumed that they didn't have an impact, but assuming is never good!

The reason why I think it will have a negative affect on SEO , if you are advertising 50 different things on your home page its 50 different external links from your home page as such PR is affected.
