Affiliate links and banners

Please could someone let me know what is the method for SEO purposes if i have affiliate links and banners:

1. Add javascript to them
2. add nofollow to them
3.put them in Iframes

What are you asking exactly? You're assuming that your Aff links and banners are bad for SEO? Are you talking about masking them for seo or something?

The reason why I think it will have a negative affect on SEO , if you are advertising 50 different things on your home page its 50 different external links from your home page as such PR is affected.

But i will be happy to get answers from more experienced people than myself
