Just go for the more expensive end of the accounts, it's better to have a strategy that works than brute force it and hope to heaven it gets somewhere. Mobile proxies are on the better side of these things, you'll get your money's worth for it but you can read up the pros and cons of residential proxies for that sort of thing too. Whichever suits your setup better, tbh. You could also rotate both UAs and IPs, see where delivery is the most ideal. Test it out frequently, I'd say.

mass dm doesn't require usage of purchase proxies to explore on sending mass message, all profile can reachout without use of primary residential proxy.

For mass DM, having lots of cheap accounts is only part of the game. The real issue is keeping them alive long enough to actually do something.
You def wanna keep each account in its own clean environment. That means pairing it with a solid proxy and isolating the fingerprint. Tools like Multilogin, Hidemyacc or Gologin are made for this. They help make each acc look like it’s running on a separate device, which massively reduces bans.
As for proxies, mobile > resi > datacenter. If you're pushing serious volume (like millions/day), mobile rotating proxies will get you the best results, but they’re pricey. For large ops, resi is the sweet spot for balancing cost and quality. Datacenter might work for burner/brute accs, but don't expect them to last.
UA matters too, but less than people think if you're already using a good antidetect setup.
