Affiliate bot marketing social dating programm

So hello guys, ive been working with affiliate marketing for swedish dating/fuckandmeet sites for ayear now.. but this affiliate without any bot programming is really beeing soo annyoing.. is there any program, or programmer here that could help me with just that problem? And that is like a bot that auto sends 4-6 messages with "hello, you are so gorgues" etc etc and finally it will send the Link to my websites?
