Adwords voucher help

Hello,
I have been reading many forums on adwords , but still confused . Everyone has different sayings on this .
Well my question is ,
If i create one new adword account, add real cc/vcc , one domain/url ,

1.But for billing info, i use a free $100 Voucher /code. Then will google charge my cc/vcc for the ads or
will it use from the voucher first?

2. If i create multiple adword accts, for diff url/domain, different vcc/cc , can i use different vouchers/coupons for them too??
and not spend a single penny from cc/vcc. (but cc/vcc are real and have money) ??

1. First google will charge u (depends on the coupon u have), and then the coupon balance, and then your cc/vcc

2.theoratically, u can create several acc's ( u need to use different ip, delete cookies, use different cc, billing info, email), and apply different coupon for each. But still, google will have to charge each acc been set with a coupon, its initial spent from u.

So that means everytime , for new accounts, it will charge $25 from my cc/vcc and then the voucher will be used ??

If i have 10 accounts, then $250 first from my cc/vcc and then it will use the vouchers ??

1. First they charge VCC (you) and only after that one you could use a coupon. They did that to protect themselves off the coupon-kiddies.
2. You can do as many as you want but you must understand this things involve spending money on new IPs,VCCs.
