Adwords VCC

Unfortunately, no matter how good VCC you have, you have to take care of everything else.
I haven't tested all vccs, but at least in my experience they do.
Focusing on something other than VCC will save you time.
Creating an account is not as difficult as you might think.

Revolut, wise cards nowadays will not work to get a GAds account activated for threshold. However, in an already threshold activated running GAds account, revolut & wise cards get accepted to make payments & also to add as payment in an already threshold activated running GAds account. But, nowadays, these cards will not get added in a freshly created GAds account to get the threshold. Nonetheless there are cards, VCCs, sort codes, routing numbers that still obviously get accepted in a fresh GAds to get the threshold activated.

That is because since around 3 to 4 months, Paypal has beefed up it's algoritms : Their (Paypal's) backend system or algorithms which detect if a Paypal account is legit "as per eyes of Paypal" and these backend system or algorithms of their (Paypal's) is now beefed up, so if one tries to add a fairly new and faily unused (not much of transactions) Paypal account to GAds (or any other service), then that message will come "Sorry ... cannot be bla bla for preapproved payments". Rather add card or even better, bank account as billing method in GAds.

Do you know the specifics like how many transactions I need to reach and how old the account should be?

To be honest, no, I have no idea myself, because for now, I do not add Paypal in GAds. But, I know people who actually farmed Paypal accounts for 10 to 12 days with around 5 to 6 transactions and still getting that message ("Sorry ... cannot be bla bla for preapproved payments") while trying to add as payment method.

I can't say for others but as per my experience its Google issue not paypal. Because you just need a working bin to add paypal in Gads. I have few bins working fine with Paypal+Gads previously but now preapproved error no matter how many transactions or old account i use, but same cards working fine on other services like microsoft & bing without any warm up (just make paypal & attach). So if someone wanna use paypal with Gads you need to find working bins, Revolut offer multiple bins & few of them still working with PP.
 
Answer is no! Your account will get suspended for sure. The workaround is paying for the ads with a real card for few times and then add the wise or revoult card as a backup card. Later on you can make it primary.
 
I used to sell Gads in the past-not anymore. Not worth it. The success ratio is not as satisfactory as before. So, I use them for my personal use. No accountability.

FULL AND COMPLETE DETAILS.

Don't listen to this guy, he gives terrible advice trying to get people not find out the method. Gave me a deceitful solution on a problem I had, when I found out the real solution it had nothing to do with what he said. This shit is infested with snakes

Different people have different methods and various people have different ways of implementing methods. I have very high success in creating GAds accounts and within that, I share to the extent I'm comfortable sharing. Not everything will work for everyone, as different people comprehend & hence implement or misimplement things differently. Anyways, you were able to solve some of your issues on your own, that is good and that is how it must be, that is why I always suggest people to keep experimenting incase there are any issue occurring. Like many other things, in GAds as well, there is no "one size fits all".

You are talking about something that happened outside of BHW, but anyways let me enlighten you on that, anyways since you mentioned it. We had more than expected participants in the webinar and the webinar went very well and all the participants benefitted immensely. No one was and no one can ever be forced to participate in anything : people participate in what gives them great value. Has anyone ever forced you to pay and participate in anything ? If yes, then please report that.

My dear, ofcourse anyone can open a shitlist with any deal between 2 BHW members, even if the deal happened outside BHW. However, if people are quite happy with the deals, they would not open any shitlist (I feel sorry for you).

As usual, once again, you seem to be quite confused. I've never (upto now) had any marketplace thread at all whatsoever !!! Do one thing, ask any mod if I have ever had any marketplace thread upto now and I hope you would respect a mod's findings atleast.

And by the way what you are doing is hijacking threads and posting replies not related to the threads at all whatsoever. You or anyone is always free to have personal vengeances against any other member(s), but do not hijack threads for this prurpose, as it is against BHW guidelines.
