ok so I was suspended from Adwords a week and a half ago and was wondering if there are any ways to make a stealth account? I've changed

Credit card
Billing
Ip
Address
Device

I passed the 2-3 day and my ads ran for a day but they reviewed it again and got me.

You just changed the domain? It doesn't work that way. You have to build a whole new website. New images and text content. Also virtual credit cards/gift cards are banned. There's blackhat WP cloakers out there but they have been cracking down on those too.

Maybe it is your campaign which they got tracked.
