Adwords problem

hello sir I'm newbie here. I've facing some serous problem. and i have no option. it always going suspend for payment issue. i take vcc from other but maximum are same case. please help me how can i get vcc for use or vcc scores . if works i'll pay for that.

try to pay with another method, in my country , adwords payment can be paid by paypal.

in india, you can pay wih debitcard as well.
