Tho doing this on a large scale seems impossible but yea we shall see.
 
From a user pov it sounds awesome, but from a webmaster pov it sounds awful. Not everyone has a registered company. What are they going to show instead, our name? Will they require advertisers to have a registered company to use Adwords? Kinda looks like they're shooting themselves in their own foot.
 
It's just a KYC identification process, they can roll it out globally in a day if they wanted to.
