I have used virtual Bank account. But all of my accounts are suspended. Can you help me? I need it.
Yes, I did try to open new account. And I am using proxy.

They are many reasons, same bin used by a lot of people like you and over-abused, raise a flag on their end, and they just blacklisted.

How about bank accounts? I get suspended a lot due to suspicious billing, but the banks are 100% good. Google wouldn't ban biggest US banks from using their service.
Also, you recommended luminati proxies for accounts, does datacenter IP's work for this? Or is residential needed?

Google is very strict about it's payment method. If you want to use something suspicious then it'll not work anymore. And Google may ban your IP & MAC ID for your future use.
