I am Facing Problem with site approval in Adwords i have account loaded with 84 Euros but my ads are disapproved in 5-10 mins after putting my site or landing pages any adwords expert here that can help me?

Why don't you write to them? They often respond promptly, you can even ask them for assistance in setting up your campaign.

Go through their TOS again and check if you are not violating any of these before contacting them.
