Adwords for Adult Gaming Stuff

Hey folks, it's been a while. I'm reaching out for help now. I was wondering if there's a valid and not black hat way of getting adult gaming sites approved on Google Ads. Does anybody know the current policies on this (the real ones, not the ones written by Google)? I know Google accepts "adult content" under strict rules, but I've seen some guys like https://vrfuckdolls.xxx pushing ads with Adwords ( https://www.screencast.com/t/JHEqFstk6ffI ) and it seems like they are not cloaking these Ads. Is that possible or just a really good cloaker they are using?
Of course I'd need to use affiliate links and such, so if you happen to know the current ways of bypassing these kind of problems, I'll be really grateful. Thanks to you all!

Hi, as far as I know different countries have different regulations, which country is this ad on?

The domain doesn't matter in my experience as long as if the landing page is safe / legal

So if the landing page has "Enter this website, I'm over 18" instead of direct adult videos / text / images in it will get approved. Google has workers that go through the ads manually sometimes.
