Adwords Banning Accounts? Or is it just my problem?

Well, the Banning of accounts has nothing to do with Coupons!

How does chargeback work? You just phone the bank where your creditcard is registered and tell them to give you your money back? This topic makes me want to take pre-cautions with adwords.
Obviously people who are using coupons want to pay less for the ads. So what you're saying isn't helping at all.

Actually once you've had one account banned once, any of the other account you have risks beeing banned too.
They don't just ban one account, they also kind of "blacklist" you, and as soon as they link one of your account with another that have been previously banned, they can ban it too without any other reason.
Also, AdWords never gives detailed or "real" reasons to ban an account, they will just say it has to do with "breaking TOS" or some billing issues.
I'm currently working in an SEM agency as a day job. I deal with 10's of client's huge adwords accounts (we're talking $xx.xxx and even $xxx.xxx monthly budget for some of them) and am in direct contact every day with our agency's "adwords dedicated account manager".
Even though I'm a certified "google adwords professional" and talk to this google guy everyday, I've never had exact or detailed explanation on how their banning system actually work. (Hopefully banning problems doesn't happen to many of my clients )

Wait until monday, you'll probably get an answer and they'll help you get a new account (unfortunatly a banned account can't be unbanned in their system, so you won't get it back, but you'll have a new one).
Adwords staff members have regular 9-5 jobs, they don't work on weekends.
As I said elsewhere you are being banned because you are reusing the same domain over and over and over (I have called Google. THEY KNOW HOW MANY TIMES A DOMAIN HAS HAD A VOUCHER). So Buy cheap .us or infos and flip domains. If you have $100 voucher, then spent $5 to get the credit.....so basically stop trying to go as hard as before. it won't work. Try using some redirect phone numbers (free 1-800 providers, or similiar in your country.)
