The first thing is, are your products genuine or not? If not, that's clearly against their policies and you cannot contest that. If they are, contact customer service and get it sorted out.
BTW, trying to open another account does not fix the root problem and only gets you in deeper problems.
I think you are trying to offer replica products or google think like that, contact their adwords support who can help, or move to agency account and start again advertising.
im baffled as to what i can do now?
my only option is to change domains, which is a shame.
is there anyway to get back on to adwords? and how is this done any one know?
You should use aged gmail account for adwords. I think it's better.
I'll give the benefit of the doubt that your products are legit.
Obviously someone at Google believes from reviewing your site that you are not legit or that there is something shady going on. Moving your store to another domain is not solving that issue. It's not your only option.
You need to call them and state your case. There can be errors sometimes. This could be one of them. The first response said to contact them and I say the same (twice now) so do it.
A legit agency (like me) will help although it may not be cheap. Any reputable agency will not run your campaign on their account, especially as you have problems. The agency doesn't want their accounts banned either.
So your options are 1) call Google and settle it yourself (if at all possible) or, 2) hire a manager/agency to do it for you or at least attempt it.
Setting up another account or even to use a different domain does not solve your root problem. What's so hard about giving them what they need? Once that's done, you won't have to worry about it anymore and you can get on with your business.
