adwords... 4th account now suspended.... WHAT!?

i have been told this before but a slight variation of the message for an account which was completely unrelated to me, And it wasn't billing issue,
what is google like with addresses on the billing info? I have been told i can use a completely different address to the one on the card, BUT i used the card holder address for this account,
is there any method at the minute where people are able to get around having a new accounts after suspension? Have searched high and low on this forum and other sites. but no solution yet.

I'm in a similar position, had 10 accounts banned in the past fortnight.
There's a lot of posts on a lot of forums going back several years on this topic with a lot of contradictions. There's issues like IP addresses & using virtual machines which are all doable, but I think the credit card is the trickiest part.
From my testing, I believe (but have yet to prove) that you need a credit card with -
1. An unbanned CC number
2. An unbanned billing address
3. A legit name & billing address i.e. matches up with the electoral roll
4. The name & billing address on the card match up with the name & billing address you enter when you create the adwords account.
Of course it's perfectly possible to do all this, but takes some effort especially if you want to create several accounts quickly. Also the process is probably different in the UK where I live compared to the US.

Yep, they have been reviewing accounts very diligently now. We are also facing similar issues but guess you gotta keep getting the replacement accounts up.
Did you try contacting them? What keywords are you using? Most reviews are triggered at a keyword level, itself!

After spending such amount, and you said card used only for adwords, I'm shocked why they have suspended a good client like you! Is there any way to find-out exact reason of the suspension by calling them ?

I would suggest you to directly speak to their customer support and explain your situation, creating multiple accounts every time will lead no results except ban, also adwords support is not that bad as bing becuase they do reinstate accounts.

read on the forum
you can buy accounts with promotion money already added .
the account connected to a vps and if you want to refill they do it for safe reasons .
there many providers on the misc of this forum
it around 40 for a 250 account pre loaded .
bing and adwords there both on offer see the misc of forum dont pm me ... not my business just advise.
(( maybe service like this are dead know!))

if they dont allow ppl to have one account and use for traffic with no limits of course ppl will provide service's wake up google !
google and bing so heavy with the ban hammer !

You need just follow simple steps, and you don't get banned on adwords. My working method :
1. Find some friend's, visit him at home, and made adwords account on his pc and his ip.
2. Put his valid adress name etc.
3. In my country, there is payment method by wire transfer, so when some of your friends are scared put his credit card somewhere, you can easily deposit money on adwords by your bank transfer
4. IMPORTANT - add less than 10 ads, and made daily spend less than 10€. I'm doing this at 5€, because i'm carefuly.
- if you add too much ads, or set daily spend around 15 € +, your account get automaticaly 2-3 billing review, and there is big chance so you get banned. If you following step 4, you never get early bililing check, and you will be all right.
5. After 24h, you can add another ads - i'm doing just around 10 everyday, and set higher daily spend ( + 2-3€ / day ). Chceck algorithm can't detect you, when you will doing it slowly.
You just need to find good friends, wich can be helpful to invite you every few days to add and chceck campaigns.
Never doing :
- use the same domain from previously banned acc
- never login to friends acc on your pc, ip
Can doing :
- affiliate link's on landingpage isn't problem in this case
- automatic payments and 1 legit coupon isn't problem as well

Suspicious Payment UPDATE: Guys this has usually almost nothing to do with your payment method. This is what they are saying because it's an easy thing to defend for customer service. In reality almost everyone who gets banned for ANY reason sees this message. After years of dealing with this Ill list a bunch of prevention measures. Once an account is banned its almost never possible to get it back UNLESS, you call and call every single day and get level 10 with them. I've had this work, I've also had it not work. I've run over 3 million through adwords in the last 2 years in over 30 accounts.
Prevention Measures: If you spend a little time on your next adwords account, I promise you will almost NEVER have issues.
1. IP address - obviously if you were just banned then login and make a new account from the same ip is not good.
2. Domain age - I still maintain its best to buy an expiring/aged domain, I've personally still had less issues when I do this.
3. Billing Address - make sure this is good otherwise you will have def have issues. Try not to use a prepaid card.
4. Gsuite - Sign up with gsuite, create emails, validate email for your aged domain that you just bought. Google loves google.
5. Google Maps - Get a virtual address in any city and verify it as your biz address on google local - takes 5 days and is free. Use this to submit it to directory sites.
6. Try to have google consultants reach out to you first as a local business. Get a g-rep BEFORE you setup adwords and spend money. Let them "convince you". There's a way to force this if you setup in spanish (just the language setting). Have them 'hold your hand' on the initial consultation and setup. I've done this before with new accounts and never had an issue after.
7. Make sure you have a website with a privacy policy - It just helps. All sites should if you collect info. The website should be something if manually reviewed will look somewhat quality.
The more you do of the above, the better your chances of never having an issue. More importantly if you KEEP getting banned this should stop that.

Thanks for the info. Question about Billing Adress. I have an amex business card that I have used on an account in the past. I can order additional cards for employees, but how do a get a different billing address? Am I over thinking this?

You're absolutely not overthinking it. The only way to maintain a good account is to overthink things these days. The problem with spending too much time on new accounts is they are completely fine and then get banned over night. It all depends on your specific situation.
It doesnt matter the length of time
or how much you've spent.
Google doesn't care at all.
One you get banned is where the world of hurt starts. You now need to do everything possible to look legit and 'create' a business that looks like it naturally grew.

I am loosing my mind, I had ran two successful campaigns using a prepaid mc from walmart and ran right through the automatic billing thresh hold.Now i have tried to create new accounts and get almost an immediate ban. I have now purchased a prepaid phone, for a new google account and went to my local starbucks, and that account was banned aswel, used new domain and new gmail account. I have now installed ccleaner pro and I am wondering if I run a new browser after ccleaner and connect with my cell phones mobile hotspot if i wont get detected and be ok and not get immediately banned? Sorry sort of new to this and just running trial and error and im starting to run trough these gift cards switching it up each time one gets banned.
Can anyone please help me find my fatal flaw? Is it my mac address? (windows 10 says it switches it up when connected to wifi?)

The safest way is to use brand new pc. Other thing - when i create acc, i set manual payments ( no threshold), I add some $$. Then, after some time change payment to automatic. Maybe it had effect, but I’m not 100% sure
