I no how there making the adwords accounts.
There using a vps and building the accounts with portable firefox...
Every account they keep separate files.
You add a private proxy to the firefox portable browser, I suggest good dedicated proxy, do this everytime make new account.
You need to add addons as well.(( get firefox version ))
