Does advertising our website in adword leads to rank drop ?

Few months ago I used Adwords to generate traffic for a brand new microsite (was only 5 pages, few days old).
The ad was up there for 14 days. After getting (only) few hundred clicks from them, the site ranked.
Not sure what happens after that since the site belongs to a client.
I think the only different between using Adwords (or any other ad networks) and not is the traffic.
Logically, more legit traffic — low bounce rate and reasonable conversion rate — means higher rank.
PS. I'm not even sure where did you get that idea from.

In short it is good to advertise in adword ? But i have advertised in adword for 2 times i got around 1000 traffic but not got any drastic change...

Afaik, there is no direct causal relation between paying for G Ads and ranking on G Serp. At least that's why BHW exist.
I only use ad networks (including SM ads) if I only care about conversion (direct sales) and give no shit about size of traffic or serp rank.
TL;DR:
If you want rank, go to BHW marketplace, cheaper and last longer.
If you want conversion, buy ads, pretty fast in burning your cash, but more targeted.
