I have one big problem with google ads treshold accounts, maybe someone had similar? Okay to start. I am creating account on Adword account on AWS in the USA, then I am creating only one campaign, web traffic targetted to Germany, nothing special. After add approved i see communicate: (Your ads can't start running until after you've entered your billing details). After warmed account (sometimes 48 hours sometimes 72) I see: (We currently can't determine why your ad isn't showing.). And thats all. After 2-3 days of it without results, account suspended. Do you have any idea/do you have similar problem? I know it is hard to tell exactly what is wrong but maybe any pro can help... I am using different budgets, max CPC different too, between $2-$4.
