Advice: Using nulled wordpress theme

Themes in festinger's vault ARE nulled by @Festinger. Just saying, because I don't think you are conveying the right message.
Don't say "instead of using nulled theme use yada yada", because those are nulled themes as well. It's better to be diligent than being sorry. Buy the themes if you don't want nulled ones.

So are you saying that themes nulled by @Festinger are risky and we should buy the theme if we are serious about the project?

I am not implying anything. I am just saying that they are nulled. So, you still have to do your own diligence.
 
Image that your website become profitable.. and one day.. you wake up and the website is full of porn links , casino related content everywhere including your content meta-data.
 
Just make sure your source is clean and safe. Other than security risk. There is no other risk.

If the theme requires some kind of activation, the only way to get past that would be to nullify the theme (i.e., modify the functions that fetches/activates the subscription). For others, he could provide them untouched. If that makes any sense. This does not however means that he did not purchase those themes/plugins. He may well purchase those and nullify himself.

Here's how it works:

You download the themes/plugins from the original source.
If the theme/plugin has some kind of activation mechanism (most of them do.. where you enter your serial number), you bypass those mechanisms; so that it works for everyone. By doing that you nullify the theme.

For themes/plugins that do not require any activation, but has callback to notify the developer; you nullify that callback. Thereby, you also nullify the theme.

For themes/plugins that do not require any activation and has no callback, you supply them as they are.

Makes sense now?

Edit: When he says those themes are not nulled, he means that he purchased those by himself. This is what I believe is the case for the link you quoted me.

That's right. For example Elementor Pro, you will not be able to import the demo content. I have personally pre-activated those files, to bypass their security checks. But 99% is genuine and the files which are pre-activated are marked as 'pre-activated' or 'nulled' in the filename.

My files are fully safe to use as it would not benefit me in anyway as it would ruin my reputation.

Exactly what I thought it would be. That's fine in my book as you are one of the trusted members here. Still, I hate people saying those are not nullified lol, because that's not the case. :)
