Advice required on crowdfunding for a project.

Hello all,
I have a dream software project in my mind. It's related to schools and colleges with a potential of making 50k USD/year from each school affiliated with us (from the phase 1 itself) . I am not getting deep into the project here.

The core issue I am facing here is I just have the IDEA. I dont have the fund to create the software. I have discussed the project with a few school and I got 100% acknowledgement from them.

How do I find my Investors?
I would like to keep everything transparent and run as a company and keep the investors as share holders.
I didn't registered any company till now. But If i have the investors, I can do that in 10-15 days.
The investment I am expecting for creating the product is around 14k USD.
Considering the revenue/income flow once after releasing the product, I am expecting the company to be in profit from the 6th or 7th month onward.

Apart from finding investors, what all are the other alternatives I can opt for the funding issue.

Why dont you try with crowd funding as startup project?
Not sure but might be possible to start without company.
You can apply and create company in the process.

Investors invest in working projects, not ideas unless this idea is something really revolutionary that can be patented etc.
