Advice regarding a Niche with CPC $30

Hello Guys
There some keywords on Google with a CPC $30+ and high comeptition.
Does this means I will receive 30*80% whenever someone clicks on my ad? does really Google pay that amount?

Unless it's changed recently it's 68%, not 80%

So if someone clicked an ad on your site with CPC of $30 you would earn $20.40.
