Advice on link building packages

Hi guys,
I am looking to go more towards the white-hat side of things which i have never really done.
Now i am getting more high profile customers than the normal run of the mill bakery shop on the high street, i need to be careful in what i am doing to rank the sites.

Does anyone know of any service on here which will do backlinks only coming from relevant sites and only coming from .co.uk and .com domains?

Looking for a service similar to all the high PR services and also looking for a service similar to the ones which offer a varied approach to backlinks, for example link wheels and social signals etc etc NOT just "50 high pr" links.

(im sure you know what i mean)

$400 minimum is probably a bit pricey for what my clients are wanting to spent to be honest.

Check services out and enquire about your choice tlds and all. Go for those that get rave reviews each day.
