Advice needed

Okay please I have an idea of some scripts, but am just a beginner in PHP, so am thinking of hiring someone from Fiverr(definitely).
But the problem is that I wish to get the script sold on envato. So I will like to know if it would be possible.

What there review process is like and so on.
Please any advice would be appreciated.

Unlike "taking a code" from the internet, If you pay a freelancer to work for you - the script is yours and you can do with it as you wish, even sell it. this is just pure simple logic.
Suggestion: make sure the code he sends you is not zended or encrypted.
