Directed at guys who make money with OnlyFans.

How did/do you find girls willing to give it a try if you didn't/don't know them personally?

I've been running ads in some websites in Eastern Europe where sex work ads are allowed but haven't had any real success there. Have been thinking about cold calling girls who work as escorts or do massages. What have you guys tried? Any advice would be appreciated!

From past experience, cold calling escorts or girls that do video chat is a waste of time. I suggest you start looking on instagram and just dm girls there. It will be a very long waiting game, but it's free.
If you have any kind of connections to a strip club, there's your gold mine.
 
Chat with girls on some local cam sites. You'll have to pay but you're already paying for ads. You get to talk to someone who's directly related to the same niche.

Most of the girls that work on cam sites are managed by real life pimps. And even if you get to chat to a girl that is solo, she would most probably want to start an OF by herself.

You can find women who have sex for money. You can tell them how you can make money with "onlyfans"
 
That’s what I did. I’m also from an Eastern European country where there are 0 webcam studios and no OF agencies. So, I launched a website and started running traffic ads to make the brand known. CPC is £0.01. I contacted my friends back home and told them to recruit girls for me against a cut. They don’t speak English and they’re pretty good with the ladies, so it’s a perfect recipe.
 
I’m also going to do a proper video to make everything look more professional and will build up minions to recruit models for me irl. I’ll work on the online recruitment aspect myself.

bro, open an instagram profile and make some cute design about modeling online they will send you dm and you will explain to them that its not for normal modeling but for adult modeling and then get them in whatsapp or smth, you can find a lot like that.

Yeah, that’s the plan man. It’s an unexplored opportunity where I’m from so I intend to fully capitalize on it.
 
The best place is Instagram.
Especially girls that still have low followers but post seductive images.

When you follow one and DM, you'll see other suggestions pop out and you can DM and you'll most likely get a yes or No answer.

However, you should have a convincing story or business plan that will make them want to try.
