Offer to be a consultant, charge a day rate

300-500 dollars is pretty standard in the corporate world ;-) ask high and negotiate to what he's happy with

I can't reveal any of my contracts amounts, but what I can tell you is they vary according to the kind of work that must be done x hours.

I'd charge flat fee/per project.
If you go by hourly rate have minimum amount of hours
