Need some advice on how GSA search ranker effect website's backlink profile and when I can check to see if the backlinks are pointing to the website's or if Google crawlers seen the backlinks pointed to the websites?

Hi,
semrush or ahrefs can show you if you got changement. and you can use any backlink checker e.g. Seo Backlink Monitor to see if your backlinks is live.

All backlinks i mean almost all whatever is going to show it will show up in ahrefs.
I spammed a website with gsa backlinks, after few weeks I see huge spikes in ahref backlinks and continously making backlinks I got my (doman rating) dr increased

Agree with you but you have to see also with any backlink tools e.g. Seo Backlink Monitor to see if your backlinks is live.
