Advice for rookie - what to do with 60,000 e-mails?

Hello everyone

As my day job involves working with data, analyzing it, visualizing it etc., few days ago I accidentally figured out the way how to easily collect around 70,000 e-mails from different NGOs, universities, governmental agencies, international organizations etc.

It basically involves getting the emails already present on their websites so it is not acquired by any illegal means (as far as I can tell). The process of getting them is a bit more complicated but I won?t elaborate it here.

For now, I did not collect all those e-mails, but I only prepared 2,500 of them and I have sent it to my friend who tested them and told me that 291 of them are not working while the rest seems perfectly fine.

Now I have no idea if these e-mails have any financial value or if I could make a few dollars by arranging them on per country basis and offer to some companies.

Online marketing is not my expertise so I posted here to see if you guys have any ideas on how I could make some money out of these 70,000 e-mails out of which at least 60,000 e-mails should be working just fine.

What does that statement have to do with the OP's question?

You statement is wrong anyway - governments are the biggest spenders in most countries and companies make billions of dollars providing services to the Public Sector.

There are many different type of strategies you can implement.
