Well, I'm not sure how to answer your post... I can maybe precise a few things:

All my medical expenses are being taken care of by the state. However, the cheapest way to take care of someone like me, is to let them stay in their home and provide assistance at home. But it turns out this program to take care of people at home, doesn't suit me as my needs exceed what the program can offer. So I had no choice but to move in a old folks home where there is staff 24/7. I fell in a "hole" in the system.

And yes I am plugged quite often to my respirator and my feeding pump.

Imagine, you are 36 years old, and you have to live with demented old people, and you had to separate yourself from your girlfriend (11 year being together).

I cannot work like I used to, oncall an crazy hours.

I don't get what you say about me being a "hacker". That was ages ago...

Anyway, I knew making a thread like this could be looked at this way but I don't really mind, look, I'd rather actually speak up and explain my situation... the alternative, to stay quiet and crawl back under my rock, not an option anymore.

And my request for help is honest, I stated I'm willing to work and learn.

Anyway, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Would providing some proofs really help me here?

I get it, this is the internet and often things are not what they appear, but one can usually tell if a story is genuine.
