for GEO i used 1st tier countries and keywords : crypto / bitcoin / binance

if you advertise using these keys, then Google will ask you for certificates, this cannot be circumvented! You can try to carry out advertising on close key queries

You can use the kw ^ coin ^ and use a cloak to deal.
Or other kw just not direct keyword...
Needs cloaking there no magic.
A freeway to get keywords you use quora and then use that in adwords or FB or bing.
