Bullshit.

You can use the kw ^ coin ^ and use a cloak to deal.

Or other kw just not direct keyword...

Needs cloaking there no magic.

A freeway to get keywords you use quora and then use that in adwords or FB or bing.

it all trail and error.

No magic or hidden stuff common sense
