ADVERTEN delay with Payments

There is a repeated pattern of late payments, for whatever reason. This is not good from any network and it's certainly not what you should expect from a Market Place seller on here.

The latest one is that they are unable to make Paypal payments - did they contact their affiliates to tell them this before this thread? What steps have been taken to ensure that affiliates are paid via alternative means as soon as possible?

No, my partner hasn't, and he posted on the adverten thread about it and it got removed. So this message might too
I had delayed payments in the past, I was using past tense, after I finally got paid I left the network myself

GUYS, we are working on solving issue with payments as I've mentioned this multiple times before on this thread.
Every guy who was affected with this will be contacted by affiliate manager if he was not contacted already before (because as thread author mentioned he already spoken about problem with manager and got the answer and so on as other guys did)

lol working second year in a row with adverten. they paid me all the money until now, and i do make quite big ammounts weekly and i never got issues. sure sometimes their partners might fuck up sometimes but thats still nor alarming, since they have alot of affiliates that are super pleased with them. so i will tell you this : send traffic and wait for the payment.

I would definitely say this is a pretty salient point, @norkodeo -- Had a thread not been made, we as affiliates wouldn't have known about the payment issues. There was no e-mail sent or anything like that and had I not read this thread I wouldn't have known about the payment issues. That is an issue. You can't have that. As it stands now, I'm certainly hoping my upcoming payment this Tuesday comes via PayPal as expected, as I'd love to continue working with you guys.

Hello, please stop spread the panic - this thread is about few stuck payments and they are processing right now. Affiliate managers working, accountant working, payments being processed, as I know thread author got payment already also as other guys - we go one by one manually and solving all problems. As I understand this issue is not affecting you at all and your payment this week wasnt delayed and generally you dont have any payment related problems, so please again, dont spread the panic, everything is good and under control, payments are being made and will be made next week all as usual and if you have any questions you can speak directly with me about your problems and I'll assist you on this

Hello everibody.

I want to make public that the situation is solved. I'm working with Adverten for few time and got paid 2 rimes with no issues, this third time got delayed which made me post this thread asking if Adverten is a " correct " company and if anyone was having the same issue.

I must say that the AM was always there to me replying all my messages, though she couldnt tell me a deadline for the money to come in, so I tried diferent ways of trying to have more infornation regarding the payment and if there was a delay, to try to fix is as soon asap and tell me a deadline.

After posting here and after speaking with @norkodeo the situation got solved pretty quick, thank you @norkodeo for your fast replies and timings. I have the money now in my paypal account and hopefully next tuesday I will have this week's money without issues. Aniway regarding issues with Adverten partners ( paypal ) I might choose another way of payment, at least until Adverten starts working with new partners and more efective ones. I woul really like to work only with Paypal.

For everibody that might have some doubts I can now from my own experience confirm that Adverten is a legit, correct, and serious company, and they pay. Of course they could have send an email to afiliates saying that they were having issues with paypal payments, like this we all could avoid all these misunderstandings, but yeah, we are all humans right? Hope Adverten learns from this experience too.

To finish I would like to say that I will continue working with ADverten as I have a very good relationship with my AM and yeah, why change and risk in something else.

I would even recomend Averten for people that want to promote Dating Trafic, they pay good money per lead and they work with a Smartlink which is very easy to use and to target trafic. Adverten always pays. I've never not been paid. Has payments been late? Yes. But it always comes.

I wish people would stop bitching and creating these threads because there might come a point where they remove PayPal completely (which is the only way I can get paid) because of impatient fucks constantly whining.

Shoot a message to your AM and wait patiently. I don't know what complaining here is gonna do. Or move to another network.

People have the right to ask when they are going to get paid and know what is going on regarding late payments. This is not 'bitching' and people asking the question are not 'impatient fucks', they are merely asking as per the affiliate terms:

Payments are made once a week on Tuesdays for the previous working week from Monday through Sunday inclusive.

We honour these terms, also I would like to know if you are Adverten user also or you just feel really interested to comment same and same and same like 3 times in a row on this thread? Because I start to think that you have some intentions of all this.
Also if you tell your friend that you will send him a payment on monday, you go to a bank and send payment on monday. Then something crashes inside banking system and your friend gets money on friday. It means that you sent payment on friday or on monday by your logic?

What intention could I possibly have, other than pointing out the obvious?

You clearly don't like people reporting issues with payments on this forum as you've previously asked them to not write in the forum about delayed payments. I think this is wrong for a Market Place seller to do this as people are entitled to give feedback and ask questions. It also allows the staff to monitor potential issues as something small could easily snowball (I am not saying this will happen here).

When I send someone a payment, I pay according to whatever terms were agreed. If payment is due to be received on a certain date, I send it in advance making sure it's received by that date.

If I made a mortgage payment late, I would incur an automatic penalty. It doesn't matter the reason for the delayed payment, I have a contract in place that states what happens if a payment is delayed.

Your terms state that payments are due to be sent on Tuesday, then it's your obligation to ensure that happens. If people are asking on here about delayed payments, then it's either because they are concerned that they have not received payment and/or there is poor communication from their AM.

@norkodeo your not doing yourself or your company any favours here.

Affiliates are not your friends, its a business relationship that has terms. For that relationship to work well both parties have to honour those terms.

Things can go wrong, but you need to explain what as soon as you are aware of them. If you dont pay people when they expect they have every right to ask when they will be paid and of course some will be angry.

When the problem is at your end you have to man up, apologise and make sure it does not happen again. It does not matter why there is an issue, as the ceo you have to accept responsibility and fix it.

And as i said at the outset trying to wriggle out of that responsibility, criticize and blame others does not put you or your business in a good light.

@norkodeo - a suggestion here. Send a mass email to all your people with a status update and why things are they are.

That will eliminate any bad press you are getting here and possibly other places.

Stuff happens... 99.9% of the world is OK with that but letting them know what is happening will help you out.

Again, just a suggestion.
