Can I use 1 namecheap shared hosting for 3 PBN? Because in namecheap shared hosting you can create up to 3 different websites in only 1 hosting account. Is it ok?

In PBN, we only create PBN that is related to our niche right? So if I have Android related blog on my main site, I should create also Android related PBN?

Not necessarily, but it helps a lot. I would recommend re-purposing domains you acquire to suit your niche, or at least e broadly relevant, example:

Your money site about vintage music records, PBN about latest music artists. Both are in the same broad niche - music.
