traffic is all matters. how much traffic your getting daily now ?
Try video ads , Banner ads they are good to start with.

I tested the first option on your blog! pushy ads, I must say all GEOs get high rates than other networks that i tested before! good alternative.

I got 1000 per day from seo. How much traffic need to earn money? Which other traffic can I use.

If you get USA traffic then you can make more than 30$ per month with 1k daily traffic. As @xcodes says use banner ads and video ads. Also, you can use popunders too and it helps to earn more money but I personally don't like those because visitors hate it.

1k Visits/day is a good volume to get started. T1 traffic often pays you more.

Try to test everything out and then see what works best. SEO is the best for long-term but it is very slow to do and not that easy. Start with social, which is pretty easy and can get you some quick traffic.

I heard that pupunder is terrible for SEO. Is it truly? And how much money need to start using pupunder?

Google can ban your site if you use lots of pop-unders but they can earn you good money.

Popunder will increase your site bounce rate. Also, it distracts visitors. These two facts are are enough to explain how bad is it for SEO.
